目前市場(chǎng)上的示蹤線(xiàn)有多種,比如:銅包鋼、銅芯聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)銅芯電線(xiàn))、銅包鋁等。哪種示蹤線(xiàn)更好,更有利于埋地燃?xì)夤艿赖拈L(zhǎng)期示蹤定位管理,需要對(duì)示蹤線(xiàn)的性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,從而選擇更合適的示蹤線(xiàn)。因此,我們對(duì)以上三種PE燃?xì)夤艿莱S玫氖聚櫨€(xiàn)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,從示蹤線(xiàn)傳導(dǎo)性能、示蹤線(xiàn)接頭防腐處理、示蹤線(xiàn)的強(qiáng)度等方面,為PE燃?xì)夤艿朗聚櫨€(xiàn)的選擇提供參考。
There are currently various types of tracer wires on the market, such as copper clad steel, copper core PVC insulated cables (hereinafter referred to as copper core wires), copper clad aluminum, and so on. Which tracing line is better and more conducive to long-term tracing and positioning management of buried gas pipelines? It is necessary to test the performance of the tracing line in order to choose a more suitable tracing line. Therefore, we conducted tests on the commonly used tracer lines for the three types of PE gas pipelines mentioned above, providing reference for the selection of tracer lines for PE gas pipelines in terms of their conductivity, anti-corrosion treatment of tracer line joints, and strength.
銅包鋼是由鋼芯線(xiàn)和緊密包覆其外的銅層構(gòu)成金屬芯,外側(cè)為PE防腐層,銅起到傳導(dǎo)弱電信號(hào)的作用,鋼絲則起到支撐作用。銅芯電線(xiàn)一般由內(nèi)層的銅芯線(xiàn)、中間層的絕緣包皮和外層的保護(hù)外皮組成。銅包鋁由鋁芯線(xiàn)和緊密包覆其外的銅層構(gòu)成金屬芯,外層為PE防腐層。
管道示蹤線(xiàn)
Copper clad steel is a metal core composed of a steel core wire and a tightly wrapped copper layer, with a PE anti-corrosion layer on the outermost side. Copper plays a role in conducting weak electrical signals, while steel wire plays a supporting role. Copper core wires are generally composed of the innermost copper core wire, the insulation sheath of the middle layer, and the protective sheath of the outermost layer. Copper clad aluminum consists of an aluminum core wire and a copper layer tightly wrapped around it to form a metal core, with the outermost layer being a PE anti-corrosion layer.
由于鋼質(zhì)燃?xì)夤艿劳鈱拥姆栏瘜訛榫哂薪^緣、防腐性能的塑料層或涂層,與銅包鋼、銅芯電線(xiàn)、銅包鋁等外層也為具有絕緣、防腐性能的塑料層結(jié)構(gòu)相似。因此,我們將兩者等效,通過(guò)采用PCM管道電流衰減率法[1],對(duì)示蹤線(xiàn)防腐層平均絕緣質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。檢測(cè)原理是向示蹤線(xiàn)施加某一頻率的電流信號(hào),電流由示蹤線(xiàn)向遠(yuǎn)方傳遞時(shí)會(huì)逐漸衰減。其衰減大小與示蹤線(xiàn)的塑料層的絕緣電阻率有關(guān),示蹤線(xiàn)塑料層的平均絕緣電阻率越高,電流衰減就越慢,反之則衰減越快。
Due to the fact that the outermost anti-corrosion layer of steel gas pipelines is a plastic layer or coating with insulation and anti-corrosion properties, similar in structure to the outermost plastic layer with insulation and anti-corrosion properties, such as copper clad steel, copper core wires, and copper clad aluminum. Therefore, we equate the two and use the PCM pipeline current decay rate method [1] to detect the average insulation quality of the trace line anti-corrosion layer. The detection principle is to apply a current signal of a certain frequency to the tracer line, and the current will gradually decay when transmitted from the tracer line to the distance. The magnitude of its attenuation is related to the insulation resistivity of the plastic layer of the tracer line. The higher the average insulation resistivity of the plastic layer of the tracer line, the slower the current attenuation, and vice versa, the faster the attenuation.
銅包鋼示蹤線(xiàn)在強(qiáng)度方面具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),在傳導(dǎo)探測(cè)信號(hào)方面也能夠滿(mǎn)足探測(cè)示蹤需要,施工也較方便,如果接頭防腐處理能做好,這種示蹤線(xiàn)性?xún)r(jià)比。
Copper clad steel tracer wires have obvious advantages in strength and can also meet the needs of detection and tracing in conducting detection signals. Construction is also more convenient. If the joint anti-corrosion treatment can be done well, this type of tracer wire has the highest cost-effectiveness.
銅芯電線(xiàn)示蹤線(xiàn)對(duì)探測(cè)信號(hào)的傳導(dǎo),但是接頭部位防腐做法較簡(jiǎn)陋,不能保證接頭部位的防腐質(zhì)量,且強(qiáng)度稍差,因此,銅芯電線(xiàn)不宜作為埋地燃?xì)夤艿赖氖聚櫨€(xiàn)。
Copper core wire tracing lines have the best transmission of detection signals, but the anti-corrosion methods for the joint parts are relatively simple, which cannot guarantee the anti-corrosion quality of the joint parts, and the strength is slightly poor. Therefore, copper core wires are not suitable as tracing lines for buried gas pipelines.
