警示標(biāo)志帶,廣泛應(yīng)用于各種直埋式燃?xì)夤艿?、輸油管道、城市給排水管道、電力電纜、通訊光纜等關(guān)于國計民生的第五類運輸體系及信息傳輸系統(tǒng),特別對各種情況復(fù)雜的城市管網(wǎng)施工中、道路施工中、建筑建設(shè)施工中、田野中的直埋管線有著明顯的防護(hù)警示作用,避免因意外損壞造成巨大的財產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,是各種直埋式管道、線纜防護(hù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)有效、簡單易行的用品。

下有電纜警示帶的敷設(shè)
Laying of cable warning tape below
(1)蹤跡電纜警示帶敷設(shè)在管頂上方300-500mm處(以保證施工挖出蹤跡帶時,傷害不到管線),但不得敷設(shè)于路基或路面里。
(1) The warning tape for the trace cable should be laid 300-500mm above the top of the pipe (to ensure that the trace tape does not harm the pipeline during construction), but it should not be laid in the roadbed or road surface.
(2)直徑不大于400mm的管道,可在上方敷設(shè)一條蹤跡電纜警示帶;大于400mm的管道,應(yīng)在管道正上方平行敷設(shè)兩條水平凈距100-200mm的蹤跡電纜警示帶。
(2) For pipes with a diameter not exceeding 400mm, a cable warning tape can be laid above; For pipelines larger than 400mm, two horizontal cable warning tapes with a clear distance of 100-200mm should be laid parallel above the pipeline.
(3)敷設(shè)過程中,兩條蹤跡電纜警示帶連接處應(yīng)搭接1米左右,搭接處將鋁箔一側(cè)的PE膜剝開,露出鋁箔,使兩條蹤跡帶的鋁箔充分接觸,并用塑料膠帶將搭接部分整體包裹嚴(yán)實,保證粘接牢固,通電后能導(dǎo)通
(3) During the laying process, the connection between the two trace cable warning tapes should be overlapped by about 1 meter. At the overlap, the PE film on one side of the aluminum foil should be peeled off to expose the aluminum foil, allowing the aluminum foils of the two trace tapes to fully contact each other. The overlapping part should be tightly wrapped with plastic tape to ensure firm adhesion and conductivity after power on
(4)在PE管管端,若蹤跡帶沒有引出地面,則應(yīng)將蹤跡帶剝開50厘米長,讓鋁箔與大地充分接觸,鋁箔與大地形成回路,減少接觸電阻,可以提高探測質(zhì)量。
(4) At the end of the PE pipe, if the trace tape does not lead out of the ground, it should be peeled off 50 centimeters long to allow the aluminum foil to fully contact the ground. The aluminum foil forms a circuit with the ground, reducing contact resistance and improving detection quality.
(5)敷設(shè)過程中可設(shè)置信號源井,將蹤跡帶引出,留在井內(nèi)1米,便于探測時用。
(5) During the laying process, a signal source well can be set up to lead out the trace strip and leave it 1 meter inside the well for easy detection.
(6)蹤跡帶整體滾花成型并成卷放置、運輸,蹤跡帶開卷后會不平展。施工時,把蹤跡帶打開4-5米,兩個人用手抓住兩端用力拉平,松手后蹤跡帶便會平展。然后再進(jìn)行敷設(shè)。
(6) The overall embossing of the tracking tape is formed and placed in rolls for transportation. The tracking tape will not stretch out after being uncoiled. During construction, open the tracking tape 4-5 meters, and two people use their hands to grab both ends and pull them flat with force. After releasing their hands, the tracking tape will flatten. Then proceed with the laying.
(7)局部超挖部分應(yīng)回填夯實。當(dāng)溝底無地下水時,超挖在0.15m以內(nèi),可采用原土回填;超挖在0.15,以上,可采用石灰土處理。當(dāng)溝底有地下水或水量較大時,應(yīng)采用級配砂石或天然砂回填標(biāo)高。超挖部分回填后壓實,其密實度應(yīng)接近原地基天然土的密實度。
(7) Partial over excavation should be backfilled and compacted. When there is no groundwater at the bottom of the ditch, if the over excavation is within 0.15m, the original soil can be used for backfilling; If the over excavation is above 0.15, lime soil treatment can be used. When there is groundwater or a large amount of water at the bottom of the ditch, graded sand or natural sand should be used to backfill to the elevation. After backfilling the over excavated part, the compactness should be close to the compactness of the natural soil in the original foundation.
(8)在濕陷性黃土地區(qū),不宜在雨期施工,或在施工時切實排除溝內(nèi)積水,開挖時應(yīng)在溝底預(yù)留值0.03~0.06m厚的土層進(jìn)行壓實處理。
(8) In areas with collapsible loess, it is not advisable to carry out construction during rainy periods or to effectively drain the accumulated water in the ditch. During excavation, a soil layer with a thickness of 0.03-0.06m should be reserved at the bottom of the ditch for compaction treatment.
(9)溝底遇有廢棄構(gòu)筑物、硬石、木頭、垃圾等雜物時必須,并應(yīng)鋪一層厚度不小于0.15m砂土或素土,整平壓實及設(shè)計標(biāo)高。
(9) When encountering abandoned structures, hard stones, wood, garbage and other debris at the bottom of the ditch, they must be removed, and a layer of sand or plain soil with a thickness of no less than 0.15m should be laid, leveled and compacted to the design elevation.
(10)不得采用凍土、垃圾、木材及軟性物質(zhì)回填。管道兩側(cè)及管頂以上0.5m內(nèi)的回填土,不得含有碎石、磚塊等雜物,且不得采用灰土回填。距管頂0.5m以上的回填土中的石塊不得多于10%、直徑不得大于0.1m,且均勻分布。
(10) Frozen soil, garbage, wood, and soft materials shall not be used for backfilling. The backfill soil on both sides of the pipeline and within 0.5m above the top of the pipeline shall not contain debris such as crushed stones and bricks, and shall not be filled with gray soil. The number of stones in the backfill soil at a distance of more than 0.5m from the top of the pipe shall not exceed 10%, and the diameter shall not exceed 0.1m, and shall be evenly distributed.
(11)回填土應(yīng)分層壓實,每層虛鋪厚度宜為0.2~0.3m,管道兩側(cè)及管頂以上0.5m內(nèi)的回填土必須采用人工壓實,管頂0.5m以上的回填土可采用小型機械壓實,每層虛鋪厚度宜為0.25~0.4m。
(11) Backfill soil should be compacted in layers, with a virtual paving thickness of 0.2-0.3m for each layer. Backfill soil on both sides of the pipeline and within 0.5m above the pipe top must be manually compacted. Backfill soil above 0.5m above the pipe top can be compacted using small machinery, and the virtual paving thickness for each layer should be 0.25-0.4m.
(12)埋設(shè)燃?xì)夤艿赖难鼐€應(yīng)連續(xù)鋪設(shè)警示帶。警示帶鋪設(shè)前應(yīng)將鋪設(shè)面壓實,并平整的鋪設(shè)在管道的正上方,距管定的距離宜為0.3~0.5m,但不得鋪設(shè)于路基和路面內(nèi)。
(12) Warning tapes should be continuously laid along the buried gas pipelines. Before laying the warning tape, the surface should be compacted and laid flat above the pipeline. The distance from the pipeline should be 0.3-0.5 meters, but it should not be laid in the roadbed or road surface.
